What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. We offer self check-in with a key box, so you can arrive at your convenience after 15:00.
Is parking available?
Yes, all our properties include free parking. Each apartment has at least one dedicated parking spot. Details are provided in your booking confirmation.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, all apartments have fast and free WiFi. The network name and password are displayed in the welcome guide inside the apartment.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets! Dogs are welcome in select properties for a small additional cleaning fee. Please let us know when booking so we can confirm availability and prepare the apartment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations 14-30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Within 14 days, bookings are non-refundable. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (Swish for Swedish guests), credit/debit cards, and invoicing. A 30% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 14 days before check-in.
What is included in the apartment?
All apartments come fully equipped with bed linens, towels, kitchen essentials (pots, pans, cutlery, coffee maker), toiletries, and a welcome guide. Beach towels and bikes may also be available on request.
How do I get to Falsterbo?
Falsterbo is located at the southwestern tip of Sweden, about 30 minutes from Malmo. By car, follow the E6 south and exit toward Vellinge/Skanor-Falsterbo. There is also a bus connection (line 100) from Malmo. The nearest airport is Copenhagen (CPH), about 50 minutes away.
How far is the beach?
All our properties are within walking distance of the beach — the closest is just 2 minutes on foot. Falsterbo has some of the finest sandy beaches in Scandinavia, stretching for kilometres.
Where can I buy groceries?
There is an ICA supermarket in Skanor (5 minutes by car) and a smaller Tempo in Falsterbo village. During summer, there are also farm shops and a weekly market in Skanor.
Is there a minimum stay?
During high season (mid-June to mid-August), the minimum stay is typically 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday). Outside high season, we accept shorter stays of 2-3 nights minimum depending on the property.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Yes, early check-in and late check-out can be arranged when there is no same-day turnover. Just ask us when booking or at least 48 hours before arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you, free of charge.
Are there hotels in Skanör-Falsterbo?
There are no traditional hotels in Skanör-Falsterbo. Most visitors stay in holiday apartments, guesthouses or cottages instead — offering more space, your own kitchen and a home-away-from-home feel that hotels cannot match.
